Brown Sugar. & Cocoa.
Brown Sugar & Cocoa isn't a recipe — it's two little girls. Khloe, or “Cocoa” is our oldest, she’s the sweetest, most spirited child, full of warmth and mischief in equal measure. Abby — her younger sister, has the most beautiful brown sugar complexion that glows like she was kissed by the sun.
When we named this bake shop, it wasn't after ingredients. It was after the two most important people in our world. Every batch carries their names — and their mother's heart.

BY DAYFull-time caregiver. The kind of work that asks everything of you — precision, patience, presence. On 12-hour shifts, she holds people at their most vulnerable.
She learned long ago that the details matter. That showing up with care — even when no one is watching — is not optional. That discipline is a love language.
